Shipping

At Arc Marine, we are committed to delivering your order quickly and affordably. We offer standard shipping at a flat rate of $9.95 (5–8 business days) and two-day shipping for $19.95 (2 business days). Orders over $99 qualify for free standard shipping, while orders over $300 enjoy free two-day shipping. All in-stock items are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Currently, we ship within the United States, with plans to offer international shipping to select locations soon.

Please note: Additional shipping fees may be applied to large or bulky items, or products with hazardous materials. These fees will be clearly indicated on the product page and displayed during the checkout process.

Certain items, such as oversize or hazardous materials (hazmat) products, require longer processing times. Hazmat and oversized items will be indicated on their respective product pages.

Returns and Refunds

At Arc Marine, your satisfaction is our priority. If you need to return a product, our hassle-free return policy ensures a smooth process.

Return Policy

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, complete, and in resalable condition.

Exclusions

  • Non-stock items, opened or unsealed DVDs, CDs, and cartography cannot be returned unless defective.

  • Warranty or service-related issues must be addressed directly with the manufacturer.

Restocking Fee

  • A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to certain returns.

Return and Refunds Process

If you would like to return a product, please contact us via email to initiate the return process and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. When contacting us, please provide your original order number, information on the product you are returning, and the reason for the return.

We will review your return request, and if approved, provide you with an RMA number and a return shipping label. Please send the item in its original packaging to the address specified on the shipping label. Once we receive the returned item, we will notify you by email. Processing the return may take up to 7 business days. After processing is complete, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. If a restocking fee applies, it will be deducted from the reimbursement amount.

Sales Tax

At Arc Marine, sales tax is applied to orders shipped to specific states in compliance with local regulations. Currently, we collect sales tax for orders delivered to Florida, New Jersey, and Nevada. If your order is shipped to any other state, it will not be subject to sales tax. This policy ensures that we meet the tax requirements of the states where we operate.
