We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal for secure payments. Additionally, you can choose Shop Pay to pay in installment payments.
We charge sales tax for orders shipped to Florida, New Jersey, and Nevada. Orders shipped to other states are not subject to sales tax.
To view your orders, log in to your account by clicking the "Sign In" icon at the top right of the page. Once logged in, go to "Order History" in your account dashboard to see your past and current orders, including tracking information for shipped items.
To create an account, follow these steps:

- Enter youremail address to receive an access code.
- Enter the access code.
- You'll then have access to an Arc Marine account.
Once registered, you can log in anytime to view your order history, track orders, and manage your details.
At Arc Marine, your satisfaction is our priority. If you need to return a product, our hassle-free return policy ensures a smooth process. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order, and items must be returned in their original packaging, complete, and in resalable condition. Non-stock items, opened or unsealed DVDs, CDs, and cartography cannot be returned unless defective. For warranty or service-related issues, please contact the manufacturer directly. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to certain returns and will be deducted from the refund amount.
If you want to return a product, please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, as returns without an RMA cannot be processed. To request an RMA or assistance with your return, please contact our customer service team via email. Be sure to include your original order number, the product details, and the reason for the return.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with an RMA number and a prepaid return shipping label. Send the item in its original packaging to the address specified on the shipping label. Once the returned item is received, we will notify you by email. We only list products that we are authorized to sell under the terms set by our distributors and the brands they represent. Shipping
We offer a $9.95 flat-rate shipping fee for standard shipping (5 - 8 business days) and a $19.95 flat-rate shipping fee for two-day (business days) shipping. Free standard shipping is available for orders over $99, and free two-day shipping is available for orders over $300. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days if in stock. We currently only ship domestically within the United States. Additional shipping fees may be applied to large or bulky items or items with hazardous materials. These are indicated on the product page and the fees will be displayed during the checkout process.

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $99. Purchases over $300 are eligible for free two-day shipping. Free shipping does not apply for large or bulky items. Oversize items are indicated on the product page.
For added security, we take extra precautions with high-value orders. Yes, a signature is required for delivery on orders over $2,000 to ensure they are received safely.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Simply click the link to view real-time updates on your shipment's status. You can also log in to your account, go to "Order History," and select the relevant order to access tracking information.
