At Arc Marine, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product, our policy allows for returns within 30 days of receipt. We'll provide the return shipping label and you'll mail the item to one of our warehouses. Please read the guidelines below to ensure a smooth return process.
If you would like to return a product, please contact us to initiate the return process and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA cannot be processed.
A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to certain returns depending on the item. Contact us for more information on applicable fees.
To request an RMA number or for assistance with your return, please reach out to our customer service team by email or chat. When contacting us, please provide your original order number, information on the product you are returning, and the reason for the return.
We will review your return request, and if approved, provide you with an RMA number and a return shipping label. Send the item in its original packaging to the address specified on the shipping label. Once we receive the returned item, we will notify you by email. Processing the return may take up to 7 business days. After processing is complete, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. If a restocking fee applies, this will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Compatible Units:
The built-in transducer cannot supply MEGA Down Imaging to Humminbird models that do not already have the capability. If you have a G2/G2N or a G3/G3N HELIX that is not a MEGA SI or MEGA DI model, you will still get 2D CHIRP Digital Sonar from the transducer.
*HELIX G2 and G2N units need to be running the latest software update to view sonar from Built-In MEGA Down Imaging motors.
