At Arc Marine, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product, our policy allows for returns within 30 days of receipt. Return Authorization

If you would like to return a product, please contact us to initiate the return process and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA cannot be processed.

Conditions for Return

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the order.
• Items must be returned in original packaging, complete, and in resalable condition.
• Non-stock items, opened or unsealed DVDs, CDs, and cartography cannot be returned unless defective.
• For warranty or service-related issues, items should be sent directly to the manufacturer.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to certain returns depending on the item. Contact us for more information on applicable fees.

To request an RMA number or for assistance with your return, please reach out to our customer service team by email or chat. When contacting us, please provide your original order number, information on the product you are returning, and the reason for the return.

Return and Refund Process

We will review your return request, and if approved, provide you with an RMA number and a return shipping label. Send the item in its original packaging to the address specified on the shipping label. Once we receive the returned item, we will notify you by email. Processing the return may take up to 7 business days. After processing is complete, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. If a restocking fee applies, this will be deducted from the refunded amount.
